LOST/ENJOYABLE PACKAGES
Multikeuze is not responsible if the wrong address is entered during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you at no additional cost.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs duties once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and customs fees may be charged when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
The shipping time is 5-15 days.
This does not include our processing time of 1-3 days. All shipping times are exclusive of customs clearance delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME".
For some shipping carriers, it can take 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
