Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to the warehouse, unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@multikeuze.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make things right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
